ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1. For ROM Makeup and Hair to be done at clients’ appointed
    location, Surcharge S$50.00 for ROM Story of Love, Our
    Dream, Tie the Knot and Now & Forever.

2. Surcharge S$30.00 on all packages for makeup & hair to be
    done at our studio before Operation hour from 9am onwards
    & $50 for before 8am to 8.55am.

3. Surcharge S$ 50 - S$100 for the studio or outdoor photography     before/ after Operation Hour.

4. Top up S$50.00 for Outdoor Location Photography Shoot within     Singapore Island for solemnization not taken in the Fort Canning     office premises and max 2 hrs.

5. Add S$100 for additional makeup & hair if the studio
    photography is not done on the ROM day.

6. Surcharge S$50 for Valentine’s Day and eve of Public Holiday &     S$100 for Public Holidays.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All Outdoor photography package only for the solemnization
    held in Fort Canning office premises and max 1 & half hrs.

2. CDR returned for ROM package ( from selected prints )
    in 4R size.

3. 50% deposit for package confirmation, 40% to be made
    1 week before and final payment of 10% to be made on
    the ROM day itself.

4. All above promo packages must be done in the same day.

5. If a technical fault occurs for the outdoor photography,
    it will be replaced by a Studio Photography shoot.

6. There will be no compensation for unforeseen circumstances.

7. No refund for any circumstances.

8. In the event of any cancellation, all deposit will be forfeited.

9. ROM packages are strictly for Registration of Marriage/
    Solemnization day and not for pre/actual day Wedding Studio
    & Outdoor shoot.

10. DeCharacter Image Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend
      any terms & conditions / pricing without prior notice.

11. DeCharacter Image Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any
      customers at our sole discretion. In the event of any dispute,
      management's decision will be final.

12. The studio operate from 11am to 8.30pm (weekdays) &
      11am to 7.30pm ( weekends). We are closed in major
      public holiday.
